Incompetant staff charged my card 4 times! Has taken days to get this taken care of! Funds wont' be refunded until the10th! ALSO! This hotel was extremely noisy, we were awakened NUMEROUS times, by loud drunk people in the hallway, during all hours of the night. This was hands down the worst BestWestern we have ever stayed in.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Yankton for a relaxing weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The room furniture, TV, and bathroom were in good condition and very clean. I especially appreciated the direct access from the parking lot to our room door, making it very convenient. The on-site restaurant served delicious beer and burgers, hitting the spot after a long day. Having a refrigerator in the room was a nice bonus, too.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

the whole hotel was like a sauna, we did not even turn our heater on in the room it was so hot in there, same with the breakfast area--hot and uncomfortable, also not a lot of room to eat when everyone came down. asked about military discount, said they give them but would not give me one cause I booked online, my suggestion call to make reservation so you can get discount

1. Our party needed an elevator. 2. Pillows were too puffy (I probably could have asked for a different one, but didn't). 3. We were 4 women sharing and could have used additional mirror WITH a table/counter outside of bathroom for makeup and hair. There was a full mirror, but nothing to rest makeup or hair products on when bath was in use.

The pool with water slides was so much fun for my kids! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Despite a few minor setbacks, I had a great stay at this conveniently located hotel. I would recommend it.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect with a door to the parking lot and another to the common areas. The staff treated me well and made my stay comfortable.

The rooms are easily accessible with kids and have a poolside balcony. Early check-in and late check-out provided by efficient staff. Convenient location in Yankton, with a good restaurant attached and close to the town center.
